The Garnett name is synonymous with construction excellence and has been associated with all aspects of building around the North Wales Area for over 80 years.
Percy Garnett started the family name when he formed Weaverton Estates in the 1930's which were responsible for large scale developments around the Rhyl/Prestatyn area.

Michael, his son formed his own company in 1976 and the company has over the past 30 years been involved in a vast array of highly successful private developments and commercial contracts that make us stand out in the local area which proves MGC has a history that speaks for itself.

The company is now run successfully by the founder Michael R. Garnett's sons, who as Directors are more determined than ever to enhance the reputation as one of the premier builders on the North Wales Coast and that every project whether it be private or public sector is built to the highest quality.
