Priory House
This project involved single and two storey extensions and alterations to existing nursing home to form an
additional 12 ensuite bedrooms, lounge, beverage facilities and extensive external works.
Traditional construction methods were specified and while the site offered several challenges due to tight site confirms,
access and eagress all works were successfully completed over a 26 week period.
The contract value was £335,000.
