This prestigious development of 8 new industrial units was completed for Mostyn Estates Ltd. in 2003.
The units were constructed using a structural steel frame with architectural masonry facing blockwork with band courses.
The roof cladding was an attractive Ocean Blue colour with matching fascia cladding and rainwater goods.
The development was served by an adoptable road using tarmac with red aggregate. This gave the development extra aesthetic appeal.
The project won a Local Authority Built-In Quality Award in 2004.
The contract value was £800,000.
