This attractive development of single storey industrial units and two storey office accommodation was completed for Denbighshire County Council Economic Development in 2001.
The structure was of steel frame construction with external facing brickwork and a clad roof.
The building presented interesting construction challenges mainly due to the curved building shape.
The mechanical and electrical installations were complex in nature, which required high levels of co-ordination with the building construction.
The contract value was £1.1 million.
