Morfa Clwyd, Rhyl - 1999
This very unique “space-age” like development, of 8 new light industrial units was completed for Denbighshire County Council Economic Development in 1999.
The structure was of steel frame construction with aluminium cladding to both walls and roof.
The design of the building incorporated external circular steel stanchions with tie rods and circular rings.
The contract value was £500,000.
