Bryn Castell, Conwy

This development of 17 new dwellings was completed for Beechtree Developments in December 2005.

It comprised of 11 three storey town houses, 2 pairs of semi-detached houses, 1 detached house and 1 bungalow.

The town houses were built using traditional masonry construction with external facing brickwork and a self-coloured rendered finish, to certain properties in the terraced block.
