This scheme was completed for Clwyd Alyn Housing Association in 1994.
The development was a 4 storey building in traditional masonry construction founded on 20 metre deep concrete piles.
The external elevations of the building employed a rough cast render finish with smooth feature bands.
The building was constructed in a very busy residential environment and on a very restricted site.
The contract value was £700,000.
