This unique Japanese style development was completed for Clwyd Alyn Housing Association in 1995.
The development consisted of 3 and 2 storey block buildings.
The envelope was constructed using facing brickwork incorporating many unique feature details
Part of the external façade was clad in Glasal Cladding.
The development was served by a private road formed in brick paviours, and many unique hard landscaping features were included in the design.
The contract value was £400,000.
